SATURDAY'S FA Trophy semi-final between Kidderminster Harriers and Northwich Victoria will evoke happy memories for Aggborough boss Mark Yates.
The Harriers chief, who signed a two-year extension to his contract this week, was part of the Kidderminster side that played at Wembley in the 1995 FA Trophy final.
That game - the last time Harriers played in a major final - ended in a 2-1 defeat against Woking, but Yates is hoping he can recreate the spirit of the team of '95 among his current crop of players.
Yates, who scored against Hyde in the two-legged semi-final 12 years ago, said: "I can't remember too much about the goal to be honest, but what I do know is that under Graham Allner we were a fast, free-flowing football side looking to score a few goals.
"I don't know what you'd say we are under me but we do like to impose ourselves on teams and we've got players who are capable of winning games.
"We've got a great team spirit here at the moment as we did back then and that is a big part of trying to be successful at Kidderminster Harriers."
