A HIT musical will be putting down its roots for a couple of days at the Blakehay on Wadham Street in Weston from Wednesday (March 28).
Weston College Performing Arts students present Little Shop of Horrors, a story following a nerdish florist and his overnight success with the help of a blood-craving exotic plant.
The show has a musical score of 1960s rock 'n' roll, doo-wop and early Motown and is full of show-stoppers including Skid Row (Downtown), Somewhere That's Green and Suddenly Seymour.
Director Michael Larsen-Disney said: "The show is a mixture of horror flick and sardonic music tale. The journey of shop clerk Seymour Krelborn is hilarious and gruesome to watch."
The show is running until Sunday, March31. Tickets are £7 and concessions £5 from the box office on 01934-411408.
