NORTH Herefordshire MP and shadow agriculture minister Bill Wiggin was among top Tories who met former US Vice-President and Oscar winning environmental campaigner Al Gore to discuss climate change.
After their meeting in London, Mr Wiggin said: "Tackling climate change is the most important global challenge we face and I was delighted to meet with Vice President Al Gore to discuss ways to reduce our carbon emissions. The renewal of the Kyoto Protocol, green taxes and international co-operation were among the topics we discussed."
