A TEAM of young professional and business people is extending the hand of friendship during a trip to Argentina, 25 years after the Falklands conflict.
The group - including Sale lawyer Iolanda Puzio - is visiting Buenos Aires through March, under the Rotary Group Study Exchange Scheme.
Despite the language barrier, the team members have undertaken a course in Spanish, so they can make a video and presentation to an audience of more 2,000 at an Argentinean combined Rotary conference.
An Argentinean team visited the north west in November leading to professional and business links being established.
