Chris Eubank Jr. and Liam Willians are set to face off tonight in a middleweight fight that could give one of them a world title shot.

They were due to fight before Christmas but Williams was forced to pull out through injury.

The bout was then pushed back from its rescheduled January date when the British Boxing Board of Control suspended the sport until this month, but now it is set to go ahead at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff.

Ahead of the fight Eubank Jr. said: "He’s said a lot of crazy things, which are untrue. I don’t look down on anybody.

"I look down on him for sure because of the things he’s said and how he’s conducted himself leading up to this fight. The things he’s said have made it personal for me.

"Most of my fights aren’t personal, I’ve just got to beat the guy in front of me. But when you start talking about family and all that stuff, he’s going to pay for what he said."

Williams spoke ahead of the fight, saying: “It’s an unbelievable opportunity to fight here in Cardiff in such a high level fight against Chris.

"I’m just so excited to put an end to this guy, drop him down a few levels. You’ll realise his level after this fight. He’s mentally tough, he takes a good shot, but his legs are very robotic. He moves like he’s got wooden legs."
