A "hilarious, heart-breaking snapshot" of life during WW1 is to be performed in Wrexham later this month.

Aunty Jen Productions is to bring live theatre back to what was one of the most vibrant Royal British Legion Clubs in the UK.

The company is touring the production to coincide with the commemorative events for D Day 80 and will be taking the show to several Royal British Legion clubs as well as theatres and rural community venues.

"I came back from Germany, where we were attached to the British Army, to study for my A Levels at Rydal School.
