The BBC’s Apprentice judge and West Ham vice chairman Karren Brady shared stories of how she became a successful businesswoman at a school’s prize-giving ceremony.
Mrs Brady, who is a CBE and a member of the House of Lords, visited the independent nursery and prep school Chinthurst, in Tadworth, on Monday.
The audience heard how Mrs Brady was asked to take a seat in the box reserved for director’s wives, at her first game in charge of Birmingham City FC aged 23, before an official realised he was talking to his new boss.
