FORMER Wales rugby international Ray Gravell and weathergirl Sian Lloyd will be among a host of celebrities attending an auction of memorabilia connected with the late Gwynfor Evans at the Red Lion in Llangadog tomorrow night (Thursday).
Items ranging from election materials to written speeches will be going under the hammer.
AM Rhodri Glyn Thomas said the event indicated there was still great interest in the life and work of Plaid Cymru's first MP.
"It's a real pleasure to see so many people eager to bid on items that remind them of Gwynfor's time as MP for Carmarthenshire," he said.
