CHILDREN from Badsey First School took part in a sponsored Easter egg hunt in the school grounds.
Pupils aged four and five competed with one another to gather the most Easter eggs.
As part of the activity, children created containers to collect their eggs during a design and technology lesson.
Lucy Biltcliffe, PTA chairman, said: "This sponsored event is part of on-going fundraising to provide a samba drumming and dance workshop, a pantomime and hands-on luxury science equipment library.
"The aim of the PTA is to organise fun social events for children and parents as well as raising funds to enable the school to support extra activities and equipment for the pupils."
