BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (RECTORY LANE, BRACKNELL AND CROWTHORNE ROAD, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, in any direction, along Rectory Lane (between Pond Moor Road and Crowthorne Road) and Crowthorne Road (between Saffron Road and Reeds Hill) Bracknell. The alternative route for all vehicles affected by the closure will be via:
i) Wildridings Road, Crowthorne Road, Saffron Road
ii) Bagshot Road, South Hill Road, Reeds Hill, Crowthorne Road
And these routes in reverse.
The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst resurfacing works are undertaken. The Order was made on 13th May 2019 and will come into operation on the 28th May 2019. Whilst the Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place from the 28th May 2019 to 1st June 2019.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated 15th May 2019 Andrew Hunter
