ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
WHITEHORSE LANE, SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of a lining to a sewer they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Whitehorse Lane, South Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) vehicles proceeding in Whitehorse Lane will be prohibited from turning right into Park Road;

(b) waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time for a distance of 50 metres either side of the approach to the three way traffic lights and also within the works area at the junction of Whitehorse Lane and Park Road.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Whitworth Road and Holmesdale Road, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 03 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out with 4 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
MARSTON WAY, UPPER NORWOOD
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate access for deliveries and site traffic to a new housing development, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Marston Way, Upper Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to wait, even for the purposes of loading or unloading goods at any time on both sides of Marston Way between the vehicular entrance to Nos. 2 to 24 Marston Way and the vehicular entrance to Nos. 49 to 71 Marston Way.

3. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

4. The restriction will not apply to any vehicles carrying out the said works, any vehicles being used for police, ambulance or fire service purposes, or to anything done at the instruction or with the permission of a uniformed police officer.

5. The Order will come into operation on 29 March 2018 and remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 NORTHCOTE ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Virgin Media installation works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Northcote Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, 'at any time' temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced outside no.123 Northcote Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on 02 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

BOULOGNE ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to enable site access and the installation of footway crossovers and drainage connections to a new development, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit parking in Boulogne Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to wait in Boulogne Road, even for the purposes of loading or unloading goods at any time between its junction with Whitehorse Road and a point 75 metres north-west of that junction.

3. The restriction will not apply to any vehicles carrying out the said works, any vehicles being used for police, ambulance or fire service purposes, or to anything done with the permission of a uniformed police officer.

4. The Order will come into operation on 29 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in approximately 5 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984,
SECTION 14, AS AMENDED TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC TANFIELD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer and water connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Tanfield Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Tanfield Road will be closed at the rear of No. 6 Bramley Hill.

3. During the prohibition referred to above, displaced traffic will be diverted via Southbridge Road and Brafferton Road.

4. The Order will come into operation on the 29 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 5 days between 7.30am and 4.00pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

6. The restriction will not apply to any vehicles carrying out the said works, any vehicles being used for police, ambulance or fire service purposes, or to anything done at the instruction or with the permission of a uniformed police officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14, AS AMENDED AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS. TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate Thames Water works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to:

(a) introduce one-way traffic for the duration of the works in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(b) temporarily close to vehicular traffic those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(c) temporarily close any adjoining streets to those mentioned in the Schedule to vehicular traffic where this is considered necessary to facilitate the work in progress; and

(d) temporarily introduce banned turns, footway closures or waiting and loading restrictions at any time in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice should this be required;

(e) temporarily suspend or introduce any other traffic restriction as required.

2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to

(a) proceed in a direction other than that indicated by a traffic sign, or

(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.

3. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

4. During the prohibitions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriate.

5. The Order will come into operation on the 02 April 2018 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months although it is anticipated the works will be completed within 4 days.

(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs, Regulations and General Directions 2002. Access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible whilst the work proceeds).
