BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(AMBARROW LANE, SANDHURST) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Ambarrow Lane, Sandhurst for its whole length. The alternative route for all vehicles affected by the works will be via Lower Sandhurst Road, Lower Church Road, A321 High Street and A321 Wokingham Road, or via this route in reverse.
The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst works are carried out on a gas mains supply. The Order was made on 9th April and will come into operation on the 19th April 2018. Although the Order has a maximum duration of 6 months, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 19th April and 9th June 2018.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated 11th April 2018 Vincent Palickza
