THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF COPPERMILL LANE, WEST HYDE) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Coppermill Lane, West Hyde from its junction with Old Uxbridge Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Park Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 1026 metres, except for access.

An alternative route will be via Old Uxbridge Road, Chalfont Lane, A412 (Denham Way/North Orbital Road), Moorfield Road, Moorhall Road, Harvil Road, Church Hill, High Street and Park Lane. The Order is needed because utility connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 5 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GARRATTS ROAD, BUSHEY) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Garratts Road, Bushey from a point 18 metres north west of its junction with Richfield Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 20 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Garratts Road, Richfield Road, Little Bushey Lane, Chiltern Avenue, Ivinghoe Road, Coombe Road and Garratts Road.

The Order is needed because gas connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 6 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FIELD WAY, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Field Way, Rickmansworth from a point 25 metres south east of its junction with Berry Lane south eastwards for a distance of approximately 14 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Field Way, Berry Lane, Berry Way, Phesants Way, West Way and Field Way.

The Order is needed because gas connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 7 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON HALLOWES CRESCENT, SOUTH OXHEY) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-

1. To prohibit all traffic from using that length of Hallowes Crescent, South Oxhey from its westernmost junction with Hayling Road north eastwards for a distance of approximately 45 metres, except for access.



An alternative route will be via Hayling Road and Hallowes Crescent.

2. To prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of Hallowes Crescent, South Oxhey from its easternmost junction with Hayling Road north westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 108 metres.



3 The existing one way traffic system on Hallowes Crescent, South Oxhey from its easternmost junction with Hayling Road north westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 108 metres will be temporarily suspended to enable vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.

The Order is needed because the construction of a new road is proposed to be executed on or

near the Roads.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 20 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (ST CLEMENT DANES SCHOOL SERVICE ROAD AND CAR PARK EXIT ROAD, CHENIES ROAD, CHORLEYWOOD) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2016 THE HERTFORDSHIRE (ST CLEMENT DANES SCHOOL SERVICE ROAD, CHENIES ROAD, CHORLEYWOOD) (PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC EXCEPT BUSES) ORDER 2016

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce vehicle movement restrictions in part of Chorleywood as specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The Orders will come into effect on Monday 6 February 2017. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders may be inspected from 3 February 2017 to 17 March 2017 during normal office hours, at the offices of Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth and at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford or viewed on line at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/ trafficorders by clicking on PTRO's and looking in Three Rivers DC (Under Ref: TR/003/16) Enquiries relating to the Orders should be referred to the TRO Officer concerned Nichola Shaw tel: 01992 658364 or nichola.shaw@hertfordshire.gov.uk Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained in them, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE 1: One way traffic - those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - St Clement Danes School service road and car park exit road, Chenies Road

SCHEDULE 2: Prohibition of Traffic except Buses - that section of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - St Clement Danes School service road, Chenies

Road - no motor vehicles (except buses) and no pedal cycles.
