BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(JOHN NIKE WAY, BINFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from any vehicle from tuning right out of John Nike Way onto B3408 London Road, Binfield.
The alternative route for all vehicles affected by this banned turn will be via B3408 London Road, Coppid Beech Roundabout, B3408 London Road.
The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst white lining and signals works take place.
The Order will come into operation on the 01st March 2021 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. It is currently planned that the banned turn will be in place from the 01st March 2021 -05th March 2021.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
