BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (A3095 CROWTHORNE ROAD, FORESTERS WAY & B3430 NINE MILE RIDE, BRACKNELL & CROWTHORNE) (PROHIBITION OF U-TURNS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 (1) 2 (1) and (2), 4 (2), and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the Order
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any vehicle:
i) travelling southbound on the length of the A3095 Crowthorne Road specified in Schedule 1 to make a U-Turn so as to travel northbound on the A3095 Crowthorne Road;

ii) travelling northbound on the length of the A3095 Foresters Way specified in Schedule 1 to make a U-Turn so as to travel southbound on the A3095 Foresters Way;

iii) travelling eastbound on the length of the B3430 Nine Mile Ride specified in Schedule 1 to make a U-Turn so as to travel westbound on the B3430 Nine Mile Ride;

iv) travelling westbound on the length of the B3430 Nine Mile Ride specified in Schedule 1 to make a U-Turn so as to travel eastbound on the B3430 Nine Mile Ride.

SCHEDULE 1
A3095 Crowthorne Road Southbound carriageway From a point 30 metres north of its junction with B3430 Nine Mile Ride, southwards for a distance of 55 metres.
A3095 Crowthorne Road Northbound carriageway From a point 25 metres south of its junction with B3430 Nine Mile Ride, northwards for a distance of 55 metres.
B3430 Nine Mile Ride Westbound carriageway From a point 17 metres east of its junction with A3095 Crowthorne Road, westwards for a distance of 42 metres.
B3430 Nine Mile Ride Eastbound carriageway From a point 25 metres west of its junction with A3095 Crowthorne Road, eastwards for a distance of 42 metres.
