BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (BROAD LANE, BRACKNELL) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1. The Order was made on the 14th September 2020 and will come into operation on the 21st September 2020.
Copies of this notice, the draft Order, the statement of reasons and the plan may be inspected at the Bracknell Forest Council offices, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 16th
day of September 2020, make application for this purpose to the High Court. Dated - 16th September 2020

From a point 15 metres southwest of its junction with Sycamore Rise north-eastwards for a distance of 140 metres.
From a point 15 metres southwest of its junction with Brattain Court north-eastwards for a distance of 30 metres.
