(VARIOUS ROADS IN WARFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the direction stated along the following lengths of road: -
a) Malt Hill, Warfield in both directions. For its whole length.
The diversion route for this closure will be via Church Lane, Osborne Lane, B3034 Warfield Street, B3022 Bracknell Road or this route in reverse.
Or via Kingscroft Lane, Cocks Lane, B3022 Bracknell Road or this route in reverse.
b) Church Lane, Warfield in both directions from the junction of Malt Hill to approx. 250m Westerly of most Westerly entrance to Warfield Church
The diversion route for this closure will be via Osborne Lane, B3034 Warfield Street, B3022 Bracknell Road, Malt Hill or this route in reverse.
The purpose of this Order is to enable works to be executed on the road namely laying fibre to the home for BDUK Berkshire superfast broadband.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 17th August 2020 and its maximum duration will be 6 months or until the completion of the works whichever shall be the earlier. It is currently programmed that the broadband installation works requiring the closures will be carried out between the 17"1 August 2020 - 31st September 2020.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Date-18th June 2020 Andrew Hunter
