NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) AND ARTICLE 15 (2)(b) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED)OFANAPPOCATIONFORPLANNING PERMISSION WHICH IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT, AND WHICH DOES NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

I give notice that Legal and General Assurance Society Limited, having applied on 14.02.2020 to Hcrtsmcrc Borough Council for planning permission, has now submitted amended and additional information. The Council has previously consulted the public on this application, which has not yet been determined; but in light of the additional and amended details that have been received, a further consultation is hereby announced.

The description of the proposed development is as follows. The capitalised text summarises the additional and amended details that have been received.

Development of film/production studios (Use Class Bib) and ancillary floorspace, new access arrangements, car parking, landscaping, infrastructure and associated works.

AMENDED AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS RECEIVED ON 18.052020 COMPRISING: (1) ADDENDUM TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT, (2) AMENDED PLANS & DRAWINGS,

(3) AMENDED DESIGN & ACCESS STATEMENT,



(4) NEW BIODIVERSITY METRIC, (5) NEW AIR QUALITY TECHNICAL NOTE. SUMMARY OF MAIN CHANGES: REDUCTION OF MULTISTOREY CAR PARK BY ONE STOREY AND FROM 1,023 CAR SPACES TO 908; DELETION OF OFFICES 173 AND ENLARGEMENT OF PRODUCTION SUPPORT BUILDING 122; RELOCATION OF PLANT COMPOUNDS ATTACHED TO SOUND STAGES 151, 152 & 153; REVISIONS OF MTMMSHALL BROOK ALTERATIONS; REVISIONS TO DRAINAGE DESIGN._



The proposed development does not entirely accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and its addendum, and other documents submitted with the application at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts WD6 1WA until 27 June 2020. Due to temporary restrictions that are in place during the Covid-19 lockdown, please contact the Council to arrange this in advance.
