Demolition of the former police station and construction of 1 seven storey and 1 eight storey building containing 96 flats, with associated bin and bike storage, car parking. (Outline Application to include access, appearance, layout & scale with landscaping matters reserved.) Reason: Major Application & Departure from the Local Plan.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
