Take notice that application is being made by Mr RP Leon of Cobstar Ltd for change of use from office Use Class B1 (a) to Residential Use Class C3 to the Local Planning Authority Hertsmere Borough Council at Planning Department, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood Herts WD6 1 DA.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
