NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAYINHERTFORDSHIRE THE HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BUSHEY 76) MODIFICATION ORDER 2019 The above Order made on 27th November 2019, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Mapand Statement for the area by:-

Adding to them abyway open to all traffic commencing from ajunction with Aldenham Road (public road) at TQ 1287 9656 and then running along Finch Lane in asouth south easterly direction for 650 metres to the junction of Finch Lane and Homefield Road (public roads) atTQ 1316 9605.

Acopy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at Front Reception of Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday and at Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Centre, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD61WA. Copies of the Order and Plan may be bought at theprice of £5. Anyrepresentation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Definitive Map Officer, Countryside and Rights of WayService, CHN103, Environment and Infrastructure Department, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG13 8DN (ref: HTM/64&115/MOD) to arrive no later than 3rd February 2020 and applicants must include particulars of the grounds on which it is made.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order,orifany so made are withdrawn, the Hertfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the SecretaryofState may itself confirm the Order.Ifthe Order is submitted to the SecretaryofState for the Environment, anyrepresentations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARYCLOSING OF FOOTPATHWATFORD BOROUGH 53 (FOX ALLEY)

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using thatlength of Footpath Watford Borough 53 (Fox Alley), from Watford Field Road to Lower High Street, for an approximate distance of 55 metres.

Alternative route: via Watford Field Road, footpath 54 and Lower High Street

The purpose of the Order is to enable re-development works to take place.

The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 23rd December 2019 for up to 6months, when

signs are in place.

IN WATFORD AND OXHEY) ORDER 2020

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-

1. thatlength of A4125 EastburyRoad, Watford from its junction with the A4008 Pinner Road/ A411 Chalk Hill roundabout south westwards for adistance of approximately 108 metres.



An alternative route will be via A411 Chalk Hill, A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road/Oxhey Lane/ unnamed road), A410 Uxbridge Road, A404 Pinner Road and A4125 (High Street/Church Road/ Green Lane/Watford Road/SandyLane/Hampermill Lane/EastburyRoad). or via A4125 (EastburyRoad/Hampermill Lane/SandyLane/Watford Road/Green Lane/Church Road/High Street), A404 Pinner Road, A410 Uxbridge Road and A4008 (unnamed road/Oxhey Lane/Pinner Road)

2. thatlength of A4008 Pinner Road, Watford from its junction with A4008 Aldenham Road north westwards to its junction with the A411 Chalk Hill/A4125 EastburyRoad roundabout, adistance of approximately 153 metres.



An alternative route will be via A4008 (Pinner Road/Oxhey Lane/unnamed road), A410 Uxbridge Road, A404 Pinner Road and A4125 (High Street/Church Road/Green Lane/Watford Road/ Hampermill Lane/EastburyRoad).

3. thatlength of A411 Chalk Hill, Oxhey from its junction with the A4125 EastburyRoad/A4008 Pinner Road roundabout south eastwards for adistance of approximately 30 metres.



An alternative route will be via A411 (Lower High Street/Dalton Way/Waterfields Way), A4008 Stephenson Way, A41 (Otterspool Way/Elton Way/Tylers Way) and A411 (Elstree Road/Sparrows Herne/High Street/London Road/Chalk Hill).

4. thatlength of A411 Lower High Street, Watford from apoint 151 metres south east of its junction with A411 Waterfields Waysouth eastwards to its junction with the A4125 Eastbury Road/A4008 Pinner Road roundabout, adistance of approximately 30 metres.



An alternative route will be via A411 (Lower High Street/Dalton Way/Waterfields Way), A4008 Stephenson Way, A41 (Otterspool Way/Elton Way/Tylers Way) and A411 (Elstree Road/Sparrows Herne/High Street/London Road/Chalk Hill).

5. the A4125 EastburyRoad/A4008 Pinner Road roundabout, Watford from its junction with A411 Chalk Hill clockwise for its entire length.



An alternative route will be via A411 Chalk Hill, A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road/Oxhey Lane/ unnamed road), A410 Uxbridge Road, A404 Pinner Road and A4125 (High Street/Church Road/ Green Lane/Watford Road/SandyLane/Hampermill Lane/EastburyRoad). or via A4125 (EastburyRoad/Hampermill Lane/SandyLane/Watford Road/Green Lane/Church Road/High Street), A404 Pinner Road, A410 Uxbridge Road and A4008 (unnamed road/Oxhey Lane/Pinner Road)

The Order is needed because the removal of vegetation and associated works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 13 January 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of The Clump, Rickmansworth from apoint 26 metres south west of its junction with A404 Chorleywood Road south westwards for adistance of approximately 100 metres ("the Road"), except for access.

An alternative route will be via The Clump, A404 (Chorleywood Road/Rickmansworth Road), Dog Kennel Lane, BerryLane, Valley Road and The Clump.

The Order is needed because electrical works are proposed to be executed near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 13 January2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlengthof Coppermill Lane, West Hyde from its junction with Old Uxbridge Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Park Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 1026 metres, except for access.

An alternative route will be via Old Uxbridge Road, Chalfont Lane, A412 (Denham Way/Uxbridge

Road),A404 (Riverside Drive/Church Street/London Road), the A404 London Road/A4145 Moor

Lane roundabout, A404 London Road, Harefield Road, Rickmansworth Road and Park Lane

or via Park Lane, Rickmansworth Road, Harefield Road, A404 (Church Street/Riverside Drive),

A412 (Uxbridge Road/Denham Way), Chalfont Lane and Old Uxbridge Road.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 January2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months.

However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or

near the Road.

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlengthof Kelshall, Watfordfrom apointin linewith the western boundaryof No.6 Kelshall north eastwards for adistance of approximately 42 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Kelshall, Widgeon Way, Meriden Way, Westlea Avenue and Kelshall. The Order is needed because gas service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING AND TEMPORARYWAITING RESTRICTIONS IN BRIDLE PATH,WATFORD) ORDER 2019

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Bridle Path,Watford from its junction with Station Road north eastwards and north westwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 30 December 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-

1. thatlength of Hornhill Road, Maple Cross from its junction with Shire Lane south eastwards and north eastwards for adistance of approximately 259 metres.

An alternative route will be via Shire Lane, Rickmansworth Lane, Denham Lane, Joiners Lane, A413 Amersham Road, A40 Oxford Road, A412 (Denham Avenue/North Orbital Road/Denham Way), Woodland Road and Hornhill Road.

2. thatlength of Chalfont Road, Maple Cross from its junction with Oakhill Road westwards, north westwards, north eastwards, north westwards and south westwards for adistance of approximately 2120 metres.



An alternative route will be via Chalfont Road, Hornhill Road, Shire Lane, Rickmansworth Lane, Chesham Lane, Gorelands Lane and Chalfont Road.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2January2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
