THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Asheridge Road, Chesham in the Parish of Chesham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Asheridge Road for adistanceofapproximately 375 metres. Alternative route: Asheridge Road, Bank Green, Chesham Road, Mount Nugent, Hivings Hill. The closure is required whilst Morrison Utilities new water connection take place commencing on 22 July 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 21 June 2019

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) (Various roads, Wycombe District) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [Wycombe District] as specified in the schedule below. The closures are required whilst micro surfacing remedial works take place between [01 July 2019] and [27 September 2019]. The proposed order will come into operation on 01 July 2019 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with amaximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE -"AR" ^Alternative route Mill End Road, High Wycombe from Eaton Avenue to A40. AR-West Wycombe Road, Desborough Park Road, Abercromby Avenue and Eaton Avenue. Henley Road, Medmenham from SAS roundabout to Ferry Lane. AR-Henley Road, Marlow Road, Northfield End, Bell Street, New Street, Thameside, Henley Bridge, White Hill, Matson Drive, Remenham Hill, Hurley Lane, A404 from A4 to Marlow Boundary, A4040 from jA4130 to jA308N, A404 from jA4155 to jA308 including roundabout S, A404, A308, A404 from jA308 to A4155 to the river bridge, A404 through jA4155 N, A404 jA4155 leave N, A404 northbound offslip to A4155, Little Marlow Road, Chapel Street, Spittal Street, Market Square and West Street. Main Road, Naphill from Stocking Lane to Valley Road. AR-Main Road, Bradenham Wood Lane, Bradenham Road, West Wycombe Road, Oxford Road, Arch Way, Glennisters Road, Parker Knoll Way, Hughenden Road, Hughenden Boulevard, Hughenden Avenue, Green Hill and Valley Road. Newfield Way, Marlow in the entire length of the road. AR- Newfield Way. Bradenham Wood Lane, Bradenham in the entire length of the road. AR-Main Road, Coombe Lane, Valley Road, Cryers Hill Road, Hughenden Road, Green Hill, Glennisters Road, Frogmoor, Arch Way, Oxford Road, West Wycombe Road and Bradenham Road. PLEASE NOTE: The full duration of this multi-order is to allow coordination of anumber of works, and flexibility given their weather dependant nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this, and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicised on roadworks.org when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the closure.

Alternative route: Woodside Road, Plantation Road, Roundwood Road, Grove Road, Quill Hall Lane. The closure is required whilst New Gas connection works take place commencing on 1July 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1July2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(A40 LONDON ROAD,HIGH WYCOMBE) (BUS LANE) ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order istorelocatesomeofthe bus lane locations and make some alterations to the current carriageway layout along London Road, High Wycombe. The proposed alterations are requiredinorder to improve efficiency of the traffic flow along London Road. An extension of No Waiting At Any Time restrictions at the Wye Estate junction with the A40 will also be proposed.

Acopyofthe Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with acopyofthe Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury.

On 10th June 2019 the Council confirmed the Buckinghamshire County Council (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 1(PART) PARISH OF COLESHILL) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019 made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath no. 1(part) from SU9535-9455 Sfor 131mtoSU9535-9442 then SEfor 17m to SU9536-9441 then Sfor 40mtoSU9536-9437 then SE for 20m to SU9537-9435 then SW for 23m to SU9536-9434 then

Wfor 24mtoSU9533-9434 and then SSWfor 46m to SU9532-9429, to alinerunning from SU9535-9455 SSE for 205m to SU9538-9435 then SWfor 78m to SU9533-9430. Full details ofthe Order are available

at County Hall, Aylesbury and Amersham Library, Chiltern Avenue during normal opening hours. Copies of the order and map may be purchased from the County Council at acostof£5.00. The Order came into force on 10th June 2019. If you believe this Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 2nd August 2019 to challenge it.

The Council intendstomake The Buckinghamshire County Council (The Pitch, Beacons Bottom in the Parish of Stokenchurch CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in The Pitch for adistance of approximately 100m. Alternative route: Water End Road. The closure is required whilst repairs to a leaking main in the carriageway take place commencing on 8th July 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order willcome into operation on 8th July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
