Wootton St Lawrence Parish Council as the qualifying body has prepared a neighbourhood development plan, entitled Wootton St Lawrence and Ramsdell Neighbourhood Development Plan 2016-2029, for their parish with the help of the local community. The neighbourhood plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is satisfied that the submitted Wootton St Lawrence Neighbourhood Plan complies with the relevant legal requirements and can therefore proceed to formal consultation and independent examination.
In accordance with the Regulations, the Borough Council is required to publicise the Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents and invite comments.

The period for submission of representations will run from Wednesday 12th June 2019 until Wednesday 31st July 2019. Representations should arrive no later than 4.00pm on 31st July 2019. All representations received will be available to view publicly.
