A great day, and let's do it again
MAY I say a big thank-you for the St George's Day celebrations in Horley.
Yes, it was cold. Yes, it was wet, on and off. But there was a pageant, music to suit all tastes and morris dancing.
It warmed my heart to take part in such an English celebration of our patron St George.
Thank you for all the hard work which made it possible. Everyone, from young to old, enjoyed it.
Please may we have more next year?
