Hunt in family tree quest

We are trying to trace my husband's family and we have come across four names.
They were all birth registered in Reigate: the father was a Skinner and the mother was a Peppiatt.
Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if these people are connected to my husband's family.
His grandparents had the same surnames - all registered in Kingston, Surrey.
The Reigate people were Mary E 1918, George F 1922, Sam W 1929, and Dawn E 1933.
If anybody has any information about these four people, I would ask that they contact me so that we can add them, or ignore them, as the case may be.
