The youngest children at Micklefield School, Reigate, held a service to celebrate their first harvest festival. They delighted parents as they sang seasonal songs in a room decorated with corn, pumpkins and pictures they had drawn of harvest vegetables. The children had also made jam and bread to share with their parents. Shortly they will be going on an outing to Box Hill to see the colours of autumn.

Reigate School headteacher John Cain is delighted with this year's GCSE examination results with 71% of students gaining 5+ A* to C grades and 60% of students gaining 5+ A* to C grades including the prized subjects of English and Mathematics.
