Redhill Territorials win shooting trophies

A Territorial soldier from Redhill's 150 Recovery Company, part of the 103 Battalion Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME), has led his team to victory in a major shooting competition.
Commanding officer Major Karl Basey, pictured, led a team of four soldiers from 103 Battallion REME at the Joint Corps Operational Shooting Competition in Ash Ranges, Surrey.
The team picked up trophies for best overall rifle team, the falling plate competition, corps champion shot and two pistol competitions - individual and pairs.
Teams from nine different corps took part in the contest, which is open to Territorial and regular Army teams.
