Copthorne collision appeal

A motorcyclist suffered a serious leg injury in a traffic collision in Copthorne.
Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses to the collision which happened in Copthorne Bank on Saturday (October 6).
Officers were called to the scene at about 6.20pm after a report that a green Landrover Defender and a black Suzuki motorcycle had been in collision.
The motorcyclist suffered a serious leg injury and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton for treatment. The driver of the Landrover was not injured.
Road closures were put in place in Copthorne Bank at the junctions with Antlands Lane, Effingham Road and Redehall Road.
