Car fire on M23 near Gatwick

Horley firefighters put on breathing apparatus and used a hose to put out a car alight on the M23.
The car fire on the southbound carriageway of the motorway between Junction 8 for Merstham and Junction 9 for Gatwick, started accidentally at about 2.50pm last Sunday (September 2).
The blaze was out by 3.15pm.
