The Ifield Society of Crawley is inviting keen walkers to step out on its Weekend Twins event of two “Spring Ramblettes” around the ancient parish, on Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4.
The first longer walk will take place on the Saturday, leaving from The Plough pub in Ifield Street, Ifield village, Crawley, at 11.15am, and heading to Lowfield Heath Church at Gatwick for 1pm.
Walkers will return by bus at 2.45pm.
For people not wishing to walk, a bus will be available from Ifield to go directly to Lowfield Heath.
On the Sunday, the shorter walk will leave from The Plough at 11.15am and go across woodland, taking in the bluebells of Ifield Wood, to return by 1pm.
