Reigate firefighters were joined by colleagues from Godstone and Oxted dealing with a fire in a mechanical compactor in Merstham.
The crews were called to the Biffa waste depot in Coremongers Lane at 11.10am last Friday (March 14) to deal with the blaze.
Four firefighters put on breathing apparatus and used a jet and a foam jet to put the flames out.
