Firefighters were called to the Copthorne Hotel in Common Road, Copthorne, in the early hours of Saturday (February 8) when heavy downpours caused flooding to the ground floor.
Crawley firefighters went to the hotel just before 4am and used pumps to clear the water flooding in from outside, and pump it into a pond in the hotel's grounds.
