The ReadWell (Redhill Library) Reading Group will hold its next meeting in the upstairs cafe at The Harlequin Theatre, Warwick Quadrant, Redhill, next Wednesday (January 15) at 2pm.
The book for group members to be reading is The English Patient by Michael Ondaatje.
Following that, the group will be reading Margaret Atwood's book, The Handmaid's Tale, for its meeting on Wednesday, February 26.
The discussion group, which holds its meetings every six weeks on Wednesday afternoons between 2pm and 3pm in the upstairs cafe at The Harlequin, was set up to encourage and provide readers who have a love of books, but not the time, confidence or resources to establish their own reading group, the chance to join one run and administered with the full support and flexibility of library staff.
