Free family fitness sessions come to Reigate's Priory Park
12:20pm Monday 2nd September 2013 in Local News
British Military Fitness (BMF), the UK’s biggest network of outdoor fitness classes, has teamed up with the Department of Health's public health programme, Change4Life, to offer free family fitness sessions in Priory Park, Reigate.
The sessions aim to encourage families to keep active as the summer comes to an end, and families will train in pairs, in groups and teams, climbing over, crawling under and running around each other.
A session will take place in Priory Park this Sunday (September 8) at 11.30am.
BMF runs more than 400 classes a week in more than 120 parks and outdoor spaces across the UK – each tailored to match the ability and fitness level of each particular group and to make full use of the outdoor space available.
BMF's 800-plus instructors are serving or former members of the armed forces, and hold military or civilian fitness qualifications. For more information visit the BMF website at: www.britishmilitaryfitness.com
