Reigate school pupils bake up a fundraising treat on Red Nose Day

Pupils from Dunottar Junior School in Reigate donned red noses last Friday and served up a cake sale in aid of Comic Relief.

The Year 5 students raised £47.35 through their baking prowess for the Red Nose Day charity.

Year 5 teacher Anneka Lawrence said: “We made so many cakes that we sold them not only in the morning break but in the afternoon as well!

“Many thanks to the parents, who helped to bake the cakes. They were delicious and smelt lovely.”
