John Cunliffe will talk about the past activities and the current work of the Rotary Club in Horley at the next meeting of Horley Local History Society at the Strawson Hall, 156 Albert Road, Horley, on Thursday, November 22, at 7.30pm.
The society's first meeting of 2013 will take place in the same venue on Thursday, January 24, at 7.30pm, when Peter Durrant will return to talk about his wartime reminiscences growing up in the Warlingham area.
