Horley traders to throw Halloween party

The Horley Association of Traders (HATs) is to host a fundraising event it hopes will be a scream.

The group will be holding a Halloween party at the Horley and District Constitutional Club in Albert Road, Horley, on Saturday, October 27.

The party will be raising funds for the town’s Christmas lights and decorations.

There will also be a buffet and disco.

HATs chairman Andy Parr, said: “The Halloween party is another example of HATs trying to boost the town’s prospects by raising much-needed funds for Horley’s Christmas lights and decorations.

“It promises to be an excellent evening and everyone is encouraged to dress in fancy dress, although it is not obligatory.”

On the same night, tickets will go on sale for HATs’ Christmas raffle with seasonal prizes.

Tickets for the Halloween party are priced £5, including the buffet and disco, and are available from several outlets locally, including the Party Pad at 23 High Street, Horley, Chris White’s Butchers at 3 High Street, Horley, and the Constitutional Club.
