Rotary Club installs new president

The Rotary Club of Horley has installed Roy O'Donnell as its new president in a ceremony at the Belmont Hotel, Horley, in which outgoing president Roger Hamson handed over the chain of office.
It will be Roy's third term as president, but his first since retiring from building construction.
