Crawley firefighters put on breathing apparatus and used a hose reel to put out a van on fire on the northbound carriageway of the M23 during this morning's rush hour.
The blaze, at just after 8.20am, started accidentally, and took hold between the Crawley and Gatwick Airport junctions, leaving the van 50% damaged by fire.
