Police are investigating the cause of a fire which destroyed several vehicles in Horley.
Officers were called to Balcombe Road at around 4am on Thursday (May 15), with a report of a fire at the back of the Khush Boo restaurant.
The blaze, which is believed to have started in the bin area at the rear of the restaurant, had spread to nearby vehicles.
Firefighters dealt with the incident but three vans were completely destroyed.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Karen Scholey, said: “At this stage in the investigation we are making a number of enquiries to establish how this fire was started.
“At the moment it is believed the fire may have been started deliberately, but this has not been confirmed, which is why we need anyone with information to contact us as a matter of urgency.”
Anyone with information on the incident is urged to contact Surrey Police on 101, quoting reference 45140039292. Alternatively, people can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
