Horley's Archway Theatre turns to tale of a Tudor queen

Horley's Archway Theatre is currently presenting Eileen Atkins' play, Vita and Virginia, depicting the love affair between Virginia Woolf and Vita Sackville-West, reported in their own words, drawn from their many letters and directed by Chris Yeldham, at the Archway Studio Theatre in The Drive, Horley, until this Saturday (October 5), with performances at 7.45pm. The Archway will then turn to Tudor times for its next production, the play Katherine Howard, by William Nicolson, telling the story of the ill-fated queen's romance with Henry VIII amidst political intrigue, plots and betrayals.
Katherine Howard will run at The Archway from Tuesday, October 29, to Saturday, November 2, and then from Tuesday, November 5, to Saturday, November 9, with performances at 7.45pm.
