Peter Cox will give an illustrated talk about the archaeological discoveries made in the north-east sector of Horley, The Acres development, at the next meeting of Horley Local History Society.
The meeting, which will also be the society's annual general meeting, will take place at the Strawson Hall, 156 Albert Road, Horley, on Thursday, February 28, at 8pm. Visitors £1. The society meets on the fourth Thursday of most months in the Strawson Hall. Website: www.horleyhistory.org.uk
