Sex survey has movie tickets
An online survey to help improve sexual health services in Surrey has been given an extended deadline - with the offer of free cinema tickets.
The survey was set up by Surrey Primary Care Trust (PCT) to give more people the chance to have their say on sexual health services in the county.
Jo Greenaway, health promotion specialist at the PCT, said: "We need local people to help us shape the future of local sexual health services because they know what's working well and what we need to improve on."
The It Takes You To Tango questionnaire, the biggest sexual health survey the county has seen, was launched last month in partnership with Surrey County Council and borough councils.
Anyone who completes the questionnaire is invited to enter a free prize draw with five pairs of cinema tickets up for grabs.
As part of the PCT's commitment to improving sexual health services, it aims to encourage people to help complete the questionnaire to show how these services can be improved.
Surrey reflects a national climate of rising numbers of sexually transmitted infections, in particular chlamydia, despite the best efforts of preventative work.
People can complete the survey by logging on to www.surreyhealth.nhs.uk/youtotango
Hard copies of the questionnaire are also available on request - contact the PCT on 01372 210611.
All questionnaire responses are anonymous and confidential. The new closing date for completed questionnaires is August 11.
