Woman, 57, dies in crash

A WOMAN killed in a car crash on the A3 last week was from Horley, police have confirmed.

Wanda Mary Harden, 57, of Meath Green, was killed on the stretch of road between Burpham and Stoke, near Guildford, when her Silver Ford Mondeo was involved in an accident with a 7.5 tonne truck and a white articulated Scania lorry.

The accident happened on Tuesday, April 29, at 9.50am. The other drivers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact the Surrey Police Collision Investigation Unit on 01483 639922.
