Two men and two teenage girls have been charged with causing grevious bodily harm following a stabbing last June.

Lydia Straiton, 18, of Cartwright Gardens, Camden, Ahmed Miah, 25, of Thomas Road, Poplar, Rajoul Alam, 25, of Fitzroy House, Poplar, and a 17-year-old girl who cannot be named for legal reasons have been charged by police following the stabbing outside the Royal Chace Hotel on June 27, 2006.

The four were charged by officers in Enfield last week and were due to appear at Enfield Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

The victim of the attack, a 17 year old man, was stabbed several times by a group of assailants. He was taken to hospital and treated for injuries originally believed to be critical.

A 26-year-old male was also left with severe facial injuries following the incident in the grounds of the hotel in The Ridgeway, Enfield, during the early hours of the morning.
