FORTY plucky people are being sought to aim for the skies in a special sponsored skydive event for St Richard's Hospice.
The Worcestershire charity has arranged an exclusive skydive day at Brackley Airfield in Oxfordshire on Saturday, July 14.
Event organisers are looking for 40 daredevils to take part in the tandem skydiving challenge and raise much-need cash for the hospice's caring work for patients and families living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
Those taking part need to raise minimum sponsorship money of £395 to qualify for a free skydive.
Transport to the airfield can be arranged.
Fundraiser Joanne Street said: "It's an amazing experience, leaping out of an aircraft above the clouds and parachuting down with an expert skydiver.
"It's an exhilarating way to raise funds for St Richard's!
"Maybe it's your 40th birthday this year or your 40th wedding anniversary - what better way to mark the event than a fantastic skydive you won't forget."
